StewardFrame is being developed inside a regenerative, pasture-based farm and direct-to-consumer food business—not around an imaginary operation.
The framework is shaped by seasonal production, livestock and harvest planning, processing relationships, inventory, cold storage, fulfillment, delivery, e-commerce, marketing, customer service, vendors, cash flow, risk, and growth.
Recommendations must hold up against limited time, limited cash, changing weather, customer expectations, and the real consequences of getting a decision wrong.

StewardFrame was founded by Travis Cole, whose experience combines enterprise technology, consulting, transformation leadership, and executive operations with more than a decade of building and operating Pure Pasture Farms alongside his wife, Melissa.
His career includes leadership and delivery work across Diamond Technology Partners, Technology Solutions Company, ServiceMaster, The Turner Corporation, and Oshyn—including technology initiatives serving Fortune 500 companies.
That combination brings enterprise-level systems thinking to agriculture without imposing enterprise complexity on independent farms.
